DAY 1: ARRIVE AT JOMO KENYANTTA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by our representative outside the customs and immigration hall who will introduce you to your driver-guide. Receive a brief about the tour and then transfer to your accommodation for check in.

DAY 2: FLY TO MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE, AFTERNOON GAME DRIVE
This morning after breakfast, you will be transferred to Wilson Airport for a domestic flight to Masai Mara. On arrival, your guide awaits you for a road transfer to your accommodation for check-in as you enjoy a brief game drive. Later in the afternoon, enjoy a game drive in the reserve, keeping an eye out for Wildebeests and other wildlife species.
Masai Mara National Reserve
The Masai Mara National Reserve is a large game reserve in Narok County, Kenya. It is named after the Maasai people and the Mara River that runs through the reserve. The Masai Mara is known for its diverse wildlife and is particularly famous for the annual Great Migration of wildebeest, zebras, and other animals. It is a popular destination for safaris and game drives, offering visitors the opportunity to see the “Big Five” (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhinoceros) and much more in their natural habitat. Additionally, visitors to the Masai Mara can also learn about the traditional Maasai culture by visiting local villages and interacting with the Maasai people. Overnight: Masai Mara National Reserve
DAY 3 & 4: GAME ACTIVITIES IN MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE
You will have two more days of wildlife viewing in the Mara plains. Embark on early morning game drives to catch the wildlife at its most active time or evening game drives while focusing on different areas to maximize wildlife sightings. Visit a Masai community to learn about their culture, traditions and ways of living. You can participate in traditional activities and interact with the locals.
OR take a hot air balloon safari over the Masai Mara for a unique and breath-taking view of the landscape and wildlife below.

DAY 5: FLY TO ENTEBBE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, FLY TO KIBALE FOREST NATIONAL PARK
Transfer to the airstrip for a flight to Entebbe international Airport. You will be met by our airport executive that will assist you through the immigration formalities. Then connect to your domestic flight from Entebbe Airport to Kasese Airstrip and transfer by road for about 1.5 hours to Kibale Forest National Park. Enjoy the rest of the evening in the comfort of your lodge.
Kibale Forest National Park
This 760km² area of rainforest, interspersed with patches of grassland and swamp, supports a rich variety of fauna, 250 species of animal and around 375 bird species. There are 13 different primates here, the highest total for any Ugandan National Park, including a large population of chimpanzees, some of which have been habituated. The main activity in Kibale Forest National Park is chimpanzee tracking. The Bigodi Swamp walk, community walk and birding are all recommended as well.

DAY 6: CHIMPANZEE TREKKING IN KIBALE FOREST NATIONAL PARK, DRIVE TO QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK
Chimpanzee trekking in Kibale Forest National Park is an exciting experience that allows you to observe these incredible animals in their natural habitat. The park is known for its high population of chimpanzees, as well as other primates and bird species. The trekking usually takes 3 to 5 hours depending on the location of the Chimpanzees and experienced rangers help locate the chimpanzees. It’s important to follow the guidelines to ensure the safety of both humans and animals during the trek. The chance to see these intelligent creatures up close in the wild is truly a memorable and rewarding experience.
Thereafter, you will drive for about 2 hours to Queen Elizabeth National Park and enjoy an evening game drive in the park.

DAY 7: GAME DRIVES IN QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK AND A BOAT CRUISE ON KAZINGA CHANNEL
Queen Elizabeth National Park offers diverse wildlife and stunning landscapes. The day begins early with a sunrise game drive, allowing you to witness the awakening of the park’s inhabitants. As you traverse the savannah, keep an eye out for the iconic African wildlife, including elephants, buffaloes, lions, leopards, and various antelope species. The park’s diverse ecosystems support an abundance of birdlife as well, making it a haven for birdwatching enthusiasts.
Later in the afternoon, transition to a leisurely boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel. This 20-mile-long natural channel connects Lake Edward and Lake George, attracting an array of wildlife that congregates along its shores. Observe large numbers of hippos wallowing in the water, crocodiles basking in the sun, and numerous bird species such as African fish eagles and kingfishers.

DAY 8: DRIVE TO BWINDI IMPENETRABLE FOREST NATIONAL PARK, GAME DRIVE IN ISHASHA SECTOR
This morning, you will drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park National Park, the home of Mountain Gorillas. You will have a game drive in Ishasha, the Southern part of Queen Elizabeth National Park. This place is famously known for the tree climbing Lions. You will later proceed to the park, check in and unwind at your accommodation for an overnight.
Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park
Nestled down in the Southwest of the country, on the edge of the Western Rift Valley this 331km² of montane rainforest is the only forest in Africa where gorillas and chimpanzees occur together. Half of the world’s Mountain Gorilla population lives in Bwindi. In addition, this ancient rainforest – one of the few in Africa to have flourished throughout the last Ice Age (making it over 25,000 years old) – is home to several other mammals (approximately 93 species) as well as roughly 360 species of bird, including 22 of the 23 Albertine Rift endemic species. The most sought-after activity in and around Bwindi is gorilla tracking.

DAY 9: GORILLA TREKKING IN BWINDI IMPENETRABLE FOREST NATIONAL PARK
Up relatively early for a hearty breakfast to give you the energy needed for your gorilla track. By 08h00, report to the ranger station for registration and a talk by one of the rangers. The guides will then take you through the bush pushing your way through the undergrowth, parting thick creepers, to track the gorillas. The track can take from half an hour to 7 hours – a good degree of fitness is required as well as a sturdy pair of walking shoes. Once you have located the Gorillas, you will be allowed a period of 1 hour to spend with them while you observe how they go about the daily activities and also you will be allowed to take some pictures.

In the morning, you will transfer by road to the airstrip for a domestic flight back to Entebbe Airport. Arrive in time for your departure flight back home.
