Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met by our representative outside the customs and immigration hall who will introduce you to your driver-guide. Receive a brief about the tour and then transfer to Kigali city for check in.

Day 2: Drive or Fly to Serengeti National Park
This morning after breakfast, you will take a scenic drive to Serengeti National Park. Afternoon game drive in the park. Alternatively, you may choose to fly from Arusha to Serengeti National Park.

Serengeti National Park
Serengeti National Park is the largest and most visited National Park in Tanzania. It is a function of diverse habitats, including riverine forests, swamps, kopjes, grasslands, and woodlands. Serengeti National Park hosts the second largest terrestrial mammal migration in the world, which helps secure it as one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Africa, and as one of the ten natural travel wonders of the world. However, beyond the migration, Serengeti National Park is also renowned to be one of the National Parks with the largest concentration of predators and one of the best places to observe prides in their natural environment.

Day 3 & 4: Game Drives in Serengeti National Park, Hot Air Balloon Safari
You will spend the rest of the days enjoying game drive in the Wilderness of Serengeti National Park.
Game drives in Serengeti National Park
A safari in Serengeti National Park is one that should never be missed while on tour in Tanzania. You will be up by 0630 hrs as you prepare to depart for an early morning game drive. Return for breakfast, collect lunch boxes and proceed at 1000 hrs for a full day of game viewing in the Serengeti. Return to the lodge at 1630 hrs and spend the rest of the evening at leisure by the bonfire. The park is also famously known for the wildebeest migration, often described as one of the most impressive spectacles in the natural world.
Hot Air Balloon
A hot air balloon is the perfect way to experience the wonders of Serengeti National Park. You will have panoramic views of the astonishing landscape, the beautiful rolling hills and meandering rivers and catch the live action of the great migration. The experience lasts about an hour as you float in the air with and expert pilot and guide that will give you insights about the different wildlife. Thereafter, you will land at a secluded spot where a bush breakfast awaits you. This experience will leave you with unforgettable memories.

Day 5: Drive to Ngorongoro National Conservation Area, Masai Community Village
Proceed with your safari as you drive to Ngorongoro National Conservation Area. Once you have settled in, you visit the Masai community to learn about their ways of living.

These stay near the crater and allowed to graze their cattle around the crater rim. Over the years they have embraced the idea of allowing visitors into their homes to learn about their indigenous culture that they have dearly preserved despite the modern-day civilization. You will get to participate in the daily activities like cultural dances and also get some souvenirs.

Day 6: Full Day Game Drives in the Crater
Depart the lodge with a picnic lunch and head to crater base for full day game drives. Game drives are by far the best way to see the wildlife and explore the beautiful landscape of the area plus visiting the crater which is the world’s largest Caldera.

Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Ngorongoro Crater is a UNESCO world heritage site and often referred to as Africa’s Eden and the Seventh Natural Wonder of the Africa. Endangered black rhinos are protected within its rim, giant tusked elephant wander the forests, male lions stalk the grasslands and flamingo crowd the soda lakes. An estimated 25,000 large mammals are resident in this bowl of plenty, including a population of approximately 6,000 resident wildebeest, 16 highly endangered black rhino and around 67 lions. Cheetahs move in and out of the Crater, while leopards are most often encountered in the spectacular Lerai Forest. Other wild animals include; hippos, jackals, reedbuck, waterbuck, warthogs, hartebeests, servals, zebras among others.

 Day 7: Drive to Lake Eyasi, Visit the Hadzabe CommunityÂ
Drive to shores of Lake Eyasi which is one of the few places remaining in Africa where tribal life is still maintained relatively untouched by the development of the region. Visit the Hadzabe people and spend time leaning about their traditions, skills and their surroundings which will offer you a unique and unforgettable glimpse into ancient culture.

Hadzabe Community
The Hadza tribe lives in Northern Tanzania and is one of the most authentic tribes that have shunned away from the modern way of living and civilization by maintaining their cultural norms. They are traditional hunter – gatherers who depend on nature for food and shelter. They have no permanent settlements since they are always on the move hunting for food using their bows and arrows. This guided tour will give you a deeper understanding of their culture.
Overnight: Lake Eyasi
Day 8 & 9: Drive to Tarangire National Park, Game Drives and Nature Walk
Depart for Tarangire National Park which is one of the parks in the Northern Tourism circuit. Enjoy game drives and nature walks in the park. This vast area offers an array of game including some of the largest herds of elephant in Africa. It is in this park that you will be able to see threatened as well as endangered species such as ebony trees, Python, cheetah, elephants, African wild dogs, lesser and greater Kudu, Beisa Oryx, Gerenuk and others. With abundant bird life in Tarangire it is a birders’ haven with about 550 species of birds that have been recorded in the park.
Nature walks are conducted in the company of an armed ranger guide and are a perfect way to get up close to the park’s wilderness.

Day 10: Drive Back to Kilimanjaro and Depart
Drive back to Kilimanjaro International Airport to arrive in time for your flight back home.
